REL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,243 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC137P, RNA5SP420, and LINC01151. Each is linked with REL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REL-to-partner and partner-to-REL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC137P grouped by REL-low versus REL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REL→partner) and Y-score (partner→REL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
