Across TCGA patient cohorts, REL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, mTOR, and PCNA. Each is linked with REL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REL-to-partner and partner-to-REL results are reported.
