REL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REL mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REL-associated genes across cancer lineages are Nutlin-3a (-), KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12, and SU11274. Each is linked with REL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REL-to-partner and partner-to-REL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nutlin-3a (-) grouped by REL-low versus REL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REL→partner) and Y-score (partner→REL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
