Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REG4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REG4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher REG4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REG4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, THCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where REG4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
