REG3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,304 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROX1_S295, RAI1_S1590, and CAP2. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG3A versus PROX1_S295 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
