Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,053 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXIN1, CEACAM5, and REG1A. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG3A versus AXIN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
