Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,396 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAAP1, CASTOR2, and PCGF6. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAAP1 grouped by REG3A-low versus REG3A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
