Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG3A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, MSH6, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by REG3A-low versus REG3A-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
