REG3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 185 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, Regulation of pentose-phosphate shunt, and Negative regulation of DNA binding. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization grouped by REG3A-low versus REG3A-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
