REG3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G2, ADAM2, and CNTN6. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G2 grouped by REG3A-low versus REG3A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
