Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG3A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 952 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF224, NUP210, and ARHGAP24. Each is linked with REG3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG3A-to-partner and partner-to-REG3A results are reported.
