REG1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,941 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPNE1, HOOK2, and POFUT1. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REG1A versus CPNE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
