REG1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, CDCA8, and UGDH. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by REG1A-low versus REG1A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
