Across TCGA patient cohorts, REG1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, 4E-BP1_pS65, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.
