The most reproducible REG1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell junction assembly, Positive regulation of gap junction assembly, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.
