Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, REG1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C3, CT45A7, and LHCGR. Each is linked with REG1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REG1A-to-partner and partner-to-REG1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C3 grouped by REG1A-low versus REG1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REG1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→REG1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
