Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, REEP6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated REEP6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher REEP6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REEP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where REEP6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
