REEP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,022 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEPTOR, EPN3, and PLS1. Each is linked with REEP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP6-to-partner and partner-to-REEP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP6 versus DEPTOR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
