The most reproducible REEP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1242P, OR5BM1P, and LINC01848. Each is linked with REEP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP6-to-partner and partner-to-REEP6 results are reported.
