Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,183 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, CCDC77, and RIOK1. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP5 versus CENPF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
