Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, REEP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, GSK3-a-b, and JNK2. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by REEP5-low versus REEP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
