REEP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,053 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAR1B, SRP19, and TMED7. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP5 versus SAR1B in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (REEP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→REEP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
