Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,344 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REEP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein processing, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
