The most reproducible REEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIT4, ARHGAP40, and DNAJC12. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
