Across TCGA cell cohorts, REEP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,267 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIT4, ARHGAP40, and DNAJC12. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, REEP5 versus DDIT4 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
