The most reproducible REEP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Establishment or maintenance of cell polarity regulating cell shape, and Positive regulation of potassium ion transport. Each is linked with REEP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REEP5-to-partner and partner-to-REEP5 results are reported.
