Across TCGA patient cohorts, REELD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,130 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible REELD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with REELD1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REELD1-to-partner and partner-to-REELD1 results are reported.
