Across TCGA cell cohorts, REELD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,639 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible REELD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, and Negative regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with REELD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both REELD1-to-partner and partner-to-REELD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macroautophagy grouped by REELD1-low versus REELD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
