Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,409 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF830, PRPF6, and BUB3. Each is linked with RECQL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL5-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL5 versus ZNF830 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
