Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECQL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNHG16, NAT9, and CREB3L1. Each is linked with RECQL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL5-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL5 results are reported.
