Across TCGA cell cohorts, RECQL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,540 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with RECQL5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL5-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by RECQL5-low versus RECQL5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
