Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,843 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RECQL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, ORC6, and POLE2. Each is linked with RECQL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL4-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RECQL4 versus NUF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RECQL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RECQL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
