Across TCGA patient cohorts, RECQL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RECQL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and GATA6. Each is linked with RECQL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RECQL4-to-partner and partner-to-RECQL4 results are reported.
