The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher REC114 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated REC114 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where REC114 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
