Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,041 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, CUL5, and BCL9L. Each is linked with RDX in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDX-to-partner and partner-to-RDX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDX versus RNF214 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
