Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDX-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, EGFR_pY1068, and Notch1. Each is linked with RDX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDX-to-partner and partner-to-RDX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by RDX-low versus RDX-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
