RDM1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDM1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDM1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, CLUH, and GPX4. Each is linked with RDM1P3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDM1P3-to-partner and partner-to-RDM1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDM1P3 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDM1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDM1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
