RDH8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 362 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01201, PRY, and MIR670. Each is linked with RDH8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH8-to-partner and partner-to-RDH8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01201 grouped by RDH8-low versus RDH8-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
