Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY1, IQCF6, and AMELY. Each is linked with RDH8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH8-to-partner and partner-to-RDH8 results are reported.
