Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,093 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL7B, HNRNPLL, and HSPH1_S809. Each is linked with RDH5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH5-to-partner and partner-to-RDH5 results are reported.
