Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,597 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLIC5, CYB5R1, and CPA3. Each is linked with RDH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH5-to-partner and partner-to-RDH5 results are reported.
