Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with RDH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH5-to-partner and partner-to-RDH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by RDH5-low versus RDH5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
