Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M5, HRG, and TCF21. Each is linked with RDH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH5-to-partner and partner-to-RDH5 results are reported.
