RDH16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH16-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX52, ACACA, and DCP1A. Each is linked with RDH16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH16-to-partner and partner-to-RDH16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX52 grouped by RDH16-low versus RDH16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
