Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR5, OCM2, and OR5B3. Each is linked with RDH16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH16-to-partner and partner-to-RDH16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR5 grouped by RDH16-low versus RDH16-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
