Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,785 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, WASF2_S103, and IFT22_S137. Each is linked with RDH14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH14-to-partner and partner-to-RDH14 results are reported.
