Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,591 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4, ADAMTS5, and PBK. Each is linked with RDH14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH14-to-partner and partner-to-RDH14 results are reported.
