Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4438, RNU6-316P, and PNRC2P1. Each is linked with RDH14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH14-to-partner and partner-to-RDH14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4438 grouped by RDH14-low versus RDH14-high in SKCM.
