Across TCGA cell cohorts, RDH14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,898 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR33, MTURN, and EPHA4. Each is linked with RDH14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH14-to-partner and partner-to-RDH14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH14 versus WDR33 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
