RDH13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,458 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RDH13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPS8L1, EPS8L1_S239, and EPS8L1_T553. Each is linked with RDH13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH13-to-partner and partner-to-RDH13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH13 versus EPS8L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
