Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RDH13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,348 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RDH13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREM1, EPS8L1, and HK3. Each is linked with RDH13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RDH13-to-partner and partner-to-RDH13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RDH13 versus TREM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RDH13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RDH13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
